• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

(I do provide service after these hours should the need arise)

Rates

The time it takes to repair a system will vary, depending on the age and speed of the system, the nature of the problem, etc…

I charge $30.00 per hour for on and off site work. (please read below)

* If during the initial assessment, it is determined that the problem will require more than one hour worth of labour, I will recommend that I take the system back to my office.  Where time charged, is time actually spent working on the system, not time waiting for scans to complete or data to be transfered. Generally, most problems will be cost between $45 – $90 (not including parts if required).
